Pour a small amount of oil into your palms and rub hands together to warm the liquid. In a warm setting, free from drafts or interruptions, use even, light strokes to gently massage baby.

After massaging baby, ensure that the oil is fully absorbed into the skin. Wrap baby warmly in a blanket and cherish the moment spent with them cuddled in your arms before dressing. Note: Effective against cradle cap if gently massaged into the scalp.
