Music for Aardvarks ...........................................................................................................................
David Weinstone came upon his business - Music for Aardvarks and other Mammals by happy accident. The former teacher at Music Together, a classic music program for
children, spent off hours making up his own songs for his kids that reflected something different than the normal folk-music fare. That pastime grew into a business
idea, of a music class for kids that brought together musical styles, ranging from blues to hip-hop, rock and roll, and Brazilian pop. Weinstone’s Aardvarks class
quickly became a cult phenomenon, bringing fans that include the kids of Phish keyboardist Page McConnell and jewelry designer Temple St. Clair Carr.
