And after hitting the Tribeca shops, make a plan to head on up to “Seal Park” in Chelsea, known as the coolest place to trick-or-treat in Manhattan. In the area around Tenth Avenue and 22nd Street, families gather for the Halloween festivities on October 31 around 6pm. It’s sure to be jam-packed, but, between the magnificently decorated brownstones, awesome treats, and delightfully dreadful atmosphere, Seal Park never fails to be an unforgettable Halloween experience in the city. We have now lived with the newest version of the Bee stroller for a month or so and we are really digging it. We can't get over the cool style of the structured bassinet that looks super comfy and easy to manage.
