London Scout Scout the CityInstagram lights up when Scout the City’s London Scout dons her latest fashion find! Although the four year old style maven reportedly would choose her Elsa outfit if she had her way, when not in princess mode, Scout’s seen sporting "it" brands in the indie kids’ market, from Barcelona-based Bobo Choses to Mexican luxe label Little Miss Galia.
