August is about to start and before your summer begins to melt-away we suggest hitting up, what is sure to become, the family go to pop-up spot in the city! Opening tomorrow is Museum of Ice Cream in the Meatpacking district, brainchild of Maryellis Bunn and Manish Vora. They had us at sprinkle pool. While that might sound like a delicious treat the favorite ice cream toppings aren’t actually edible. Not to fret, a trip to this museum couldn’t be complete without a serving of the delicious dessert aka the star of the show from a local shop. Tickets (which are practically all sold out) gets you not only into the exhibit of about 20 minutes but a las a scoop will be served! Enjoy your flavor of the week. Friday July 29th from 11am - 3pm free admission on a first come first come basis.
