RETURN AND SHIPPING POLICIES
At Babesta.com, your satisfaction in our products is always guaranteed. We know it’s sometimes necessary to exchange or return an item.
RETURN AUTHORIZATION # REQUIRED
If you need to return or exchange an item it is VERY IMPORTANT that you either use the website automated RMA request or email us to obtain a Return Authorization # and for the address to return the item(s) to. We use several different suppliers therefore there are different addresses that your product may be returned to. IF you do not contact us first and you ship it directly to Babesta.com in New York, we may have to charge you a shipping fee for us to then ship it out to the supplier(s) you should have returned it to. FOLLOW THESE STEPS BELOW TO MAKE A RETURN.
Using the Automated RMA:
1. Log in to your account, Go to Order History.
2. Find the order and item(s) you would like to return.
3. Scroll towards the bottom of the page, select the item(s) to return along with the reason.
4. Submit/Create the request.
We will respond to the request with an RMA within 48hours.
5. Ship the item(s) to the location we provide. We recommend it to be insurance against lost and damage.
Requesting an RMA via email:
1. Email us what you would like to return and your order reference number, along with a short explanation to the issue.
2. Once accepted, we will email you back a RMA number.
3. Ship the item(s), We recommend it to be insurance against lost and damage, back to the address supplied in our email, referencing the RMA provided.
4. EMAIL US WITH THE TRACKING NUMBER AND DATE YOU SHIPPED YOUR PRODUCT BACK.
If we receive items without a valid RA, we may impose a 20% restock fee.
Store Credit Policy: If you want to return anything you have purchased here at Babesta.com, we will give you a Refund for 100% of your purchase price minus shipping. If you need a size exchange or you wish to exchange it for a different item, we will give you a Store Credit of 100%. Definition of "Store Credit" is: A credit towards your future purchases here at Babesta.com
At Babesta.com, your satisfaction is guaranteed! If we send you the wrong size or the wrong product, we will pay for you to ship the product back to us, no questions asked.
You have 10 DAYS to return your item. If you return after the 10 DAYS are up but less than 30 days, we will offer you a Store Credit equal to purchase price minus the shipping cost.
Returned items must be returned with all original tags attached, and in original packaging. Please be sure they are placed back in the package to avoid wrinkling. If you return products without the original tags and packaging, there may be a fee of $10.00 for each item with missing tags. We need to be able to resell the returned items and if there are no tags attached we cannot resell as a new item.
Sale items are final.
Special Order Items
Some items on the site are marked as "Special Order," "Custom," or "Made to Order." These items are non-returnable and all sales are final.
The following type of products are also concidered as non-returnable unless they have never been opened: Car Seats (for safety reasons) or hygienic products such as sippy cups, etc.
By placing an order at Babesta.com, you agree to the understanding our return policies.
We try our best to ship out your order the next business day after we receive your order. Sometimes it will even ship the same day IF your order was placed early in the day. This is what we TRY to do and what happens MOST of the time. However, if your item is on backorder or out of stock, shipping will be delayed. We will email you if there is a delay in shipping your order.
CHRISTMAS AND HOLIDAY SEASON: We will still do our best to get your order out as fast as we can but there are possible delays of 1 to 2 business days before orders are shipped.
Shipping is calculated based on the weight, number of boxes and distance.
We recommend using USPS for most USA bound orders, as it is often the most economical. Shipping on most orders(mainly clothes) within the United States is $3-$5 for orders up to $49, $6-$8 for order up to $89, $9-$12 for orders up to $139, $12-$15 for orders up to $199, etc.
We offer UPS as an alternate form of shipping if you need accurate or time sensitive shipping. If an order needs to arrive by a cetain date - please let us know asap.
International orders can be shipped either via UPS and USPS. We are not responsible for any extra fees, such as customs duties that countries may impose on your order or brokerage fees.
NOTE: Some items cannot be shipped internationally and your order will be cancelled.
Some items are too large (i.e. Furniture) to be shipped via regular methods and will be sent via freight. To keep cost as low as possible, delivery via freight will be curb side unles asked otherwise. Please call (646) 290-5508 for extra service.
When to expect your order
Based on your choice of shipping method, add 1 to 2 days for processing. Cut off for Rush orders is 3 pm EST. After that, we may be able to get it to the USPS/UPS but it is not a guarantee.
USPS priority takes 2 to 3 days and USPS first class is 3 to 5 days.
All US shipping destinations, includes a Delivery Confirmation tracking number. If you require signature confirmation to guarantee delivery, please contact us for pricing information. International orders that are sent via USPS first class do not have tracking number. If a tracking number is required or signature confirmation is needed, use UPS International.
We reserve the right to change the shipping carrier to either UPS or FedEx unless you specify otherwise.
Some items require extra shipping costs as they are larger or heavier than most. These costs are reflected as handling charges but may need further extra payment to cover the extra shipping costs. We will contact you with an estimate of these extra charges once we have the weight and dimensions of your order (this is especially true for international orders).
At times we offer free shipping on some items. Free shipping on furniture and other freight items, will generally mean curb side delivery or doorman/ground level delivery. Free shipping only applies to the continental US. If our site mistakenly gives you free shipping outside the continental US, we reserve the right to either cancel your order or provide you a quote to ship your order.
SPECIAL SHIPPING NEEDS:
If you have a particular situation (narrow doors, walkup, etc.) or require a different level of shipping service, such as inside delivery or white glove, please contact us at (646) 290-5508.
BUY ONLINE WITH INSTORE/CURBSIDE PICKUP
Babesta will contact the purchaser when an item is ready for store pick up and where/when it can be picked up. Babesta is not responsible if purchaser comes prior to verification and may not have the item ready. To pick up, purchaser must have a copy of the online confirmation, a photo ID matching the order and the CC matching the order. Purchaser will be asked to show the ID, CC, and sign a copy of the order confirmation. The signature will be compared to that on the card. Babesta has the right to ask for additional verification for phone orders or cancel orders that are flagged for fraud.
We keep our prices as low as we can for our valued customers. To continue to keep our prices so low, we cannot incur the return shipping charges unless it is our error. We appreciate your patience and your business.

Prices are subject to change without notice. If a price is listed incorrectly due to a typographical or other error, Babesta has the right to cancel any order placed for products listed at the incorrect price, whether or not an order has been confirmed and/or payment has been made. If payment has already been made and an order is canceled, Babesta will refund payment.

Babesta has the right to change any content on this website without notice. Babesta also has the right to change the terms at any time without notice. Please check the terms periodically for changes or updates, as usage of this website is considered implicit acceptance of the current terms.
